About the presenter: Brad Bossence is Vice President, Customer Solutions for LeanCor Supply Chain Group. Brad leads extensive supply chain improvement and operational excellence deployments for clients across multiple industries. Brad’s experience includes 20 years working in supply chain, including 7 years in supply chain consulting. Brad has extensive project experience in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Optimization, Distribution & Fulfillment Center Design, Inbound Logistics, Inventory Right-Sizing, Plan for Every Part, Distribution Network Design, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Material Planning, and Operational Excellence Deployment. Brad is a lead instructor at Georgia-Tech’s Supply Chain and Logistics institute and a frequent industry speaker on topics including: Building a Lean Fulfilment Stream, Lean Warehousing, Inbound Logistics, Associate Engagement, Lean Leadership, and Lean Management Systems. Prior to joining LeanCor in 2010, Brad served 12 years in the automotive industry with Mitsui, leading logistics operations for Yamaha, Suzuki, Subaru, and Kubota. During this time, Brad served 8 years in various operational leadership and start-up roles for Toyota Canada, Toyota USA, and Toyota Europe. Brad has an MBA from the University of Windsor, a Professional in Human Resources designation and various operational excellence accreditations.
