With a tight labor market and employee turnover costs ranging from 150% – 200% of annual salaries, companies cannot afford to delay leadership transformation. To create and sustain empowered, mission-driven teams, managers today must invest their time and intelligence on the right acts and activities. In this webinar, Elba Pareja-Gallagher will explain how combining Blue Ocean Strategy techniques and inclusive human capital strategies, can help managers execute a new model of leadership and career development that delivers happy employees and high performance.
