Luton, CSCP, LSSGB Staff Member, APICS Southeast District Inarguably, supply chains need to constantly adapt. One way we manage these changes is with projects. That means supply chain managers need to become experts at leading projects. The DIRECT approach is a simple but comprehensive system for managing the issues that leaders need to address in order to ensure their cross-functional projects are successful. In this live podcast, we’ll dig deeper into how to use the DIRECT approach, building on an article from the July / August issue of APICS Magazine. We’ll also dig into current hot topics in supply chain: counterfeiting, the supply chain workforce crisis, disruptive innovation, and the role of supply chains in supporting response and recovery from hurricanes and other disasters.
