With over 35 years of experience in manufacturing excellence, he has held roles such as Master Scheduler at Select Comfort, Value Stream Planner at Worthington Industries, and Senior Buyer at ESAB Cutting and Welding. Mize is recognized for implementing lean systems that significantly reduced inventory levels and improved operational efficiency. He is an APICS Master CPIM Instructor, Master CSCP Instructor, and Lead Train-the-Trainer Instructor.
